Gameplay The Lost Frontier is filled with trademark Jak and Daxter gameplay. In the form of either Jak or Daxter players engage in a combination of mandatory and optional missions where according to the level played, they will face action or puzzle centric situations, and in some cases a combination of the two. Levels played as Jak lean more towards action gameplay, with players engaging in combat in the air and on the ground as they platform, and wielding a customizable gunstaff, Jak's weapon of choice. Categorized by color, Eco is responsible for and used to enhance a variety things, including life, motion, strength, power.
